Eknoor Kaur lives in a large family of seven, held together by her grandfather’s humble earnings as a tailor. Her father struggles with alcoholism and has no steady income. With her grandparents needing monthly medication, even basic needs like clean water and a working washroom are out of reach. The family depends on their neighbors and the local gurdwara for support. Despite it all, Eknoor finds joy in playing Ludo, loves bananas, and smiles whenever she sees the color black.
